Membership Terms
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY: If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorize us to charge your card automatically every billing period until you notify us in writing to cancel your membership or you can self-cancel in the members area. All notifications must be made at least 14 business days before your term is set to renew – there are no exceptions, please simply email ahead of time so we can promptly cancel OR you can simply do it in your members area.
All subscriptions are renewed automatically through our payment processor or other services we may choose. Bustamante Capital LLC, at its sole discretion, cancel your subscription at any time without notice and or refund.
We do NOT pro-rate “unused memberships” if you cancel you retain access for the remaining time left.
The LongVol Report PDF is published 48 times per year, we take 4 months off a year.
Educational Lectures/Trainings
Educational lectures and training are for educational purposes only and not intended to be financial advice. We do not offer refunds due to the proprietary information that you instantly access when becoming a paying member. We do, on certain occasions, offer credits if you feel the training was not as expected, you can use that credit on another training and/or lecture – this is a one time exception we provide.
Privacy Policy
By accessing this site, a user agrees not to redistribute the information found therein. If they have been deemed to have shared or distributed information and or any site passwords to anyone other than themselves, immediate termination shall occur.

TheLongVolReport, handles all privacy issues very seriously and take proactive steps to protect our clients’ best interest. We do not sell, rent, or lease our client lists to third parties. When you register, we will ask you to provide personal information but will not share that information with any outside party. Routine Information Collection

None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The data is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes and lets me know what pages and information are useful and helpful to visitors.
